Can I get a refund?

Yes. Although we are confident you’ll love our garments, we also believe it’s okay to change your mind.  That’s why we offer a 100% refund on any item if it is:

  • Returned within 28 days of receipt
  • In its original condition, unwashed, unmarked and unused
  • Still with its original tags attached

For hygienic reasons, Hospital Glamour will not accept items that have been worn or not in their original condition.

What is the return process within Australia?

All returns from within Australia are FREE.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the items to us in the return post bag provided within 28 days of receipt. Once the good are inspected (i.e unwashed, unmarked and unused), we will issue a full refund.

Please note that refunds can only be credited to the credit card or PayPal account used to the make the original purchase. Depending on your credit provider, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account.

What is the return process outside Australia?

Hospital Glamour does not offer free international returns. If you wish to return an item and you live outside Australia, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
